Terms & Conditions

The following conditions underlie an event booking at Atlantico Business Development:

1. Upon booking you will receive an invoice from Atlantico Business Development for the amount due for this event.
2. You can cancel your booking up to one week before the event date. In case of cancellation within one week of the event, no refunds will be given.
   
3. In case you do not show up at the event, payment is still required to Atlantico Business Development.
4. Atlantico Business Development will communicate the final program of the event one week before the event date on this website.
5. Atlantico Business Development cannot be held responsible for unforeseen changes in the program on or after that date.
6. In case a speaker cancels his or her presence at the event in the last week before the event, no refunds can be given by Atlantico Business Development.
7. Our events are not public but private events, organized by Atlantico Business Development 
8. Atlantico Business Development reserves the right to refuse participants or bookings at any time, without clarification.
9. Content and information shared by speakers during our event remains under copyright of the respective organizations.
10. You will receive a confirmation of your booking, as well as the invoice, within 24 hours after booking.
